If you’re giving your attention to worry, you’ll create more of the same, more stress, more health issues. If you’re giving your attention to not having enough instead of manifesting more, you’ll sink deeper into the negativity. If you put all your efforts into feeling angry about something, you probably won’t create inner peace.
The reverse of this is also true.
In a nutshell, if we give our attention to the things we *want* to manifest in our lives, energise those with our thoughts, or emotions, our determination, we’re far more likely to attract them.
