Ever find yourself grinding through the week, doing all the things you’re meant to be doing – but feeling like you’re getting nowhere?
You’ve got the to-do list. You’ve got the goals. You’re ticking boxes, showing up, doing the work.
And yet, something feels off.
Sometimes it’s not a motivation problem. It’s not a strategy problem. It’s a friction problem.
You’re trying to move forward while dragging an old version of yourself behind you.
You’ve outgrown your routines, your offers, your messaging – maybe even your whole model – but you’re still clinging to it because it used to work.
The business you built isn’t broken. It’s just ready to evolve. And so are you.
Here’s a few simple ways to start shifting back into alignment:
1. Audit your energy.
Look at your week. What’s lifting you up and what’s draining you? If it’s not fuelling the future you want, it’s time to adjust.
2. Stop doing things just because they used to work.
Your audience may have grown. You may have grown. Make sure your actions are still relevant to who and where you are now.
3. Get honest about the gap.
What’s the difference between the business you’ve built and the business you want? Close the gap, step by step.
4. Give yourself permission to evolve.
Just because something served you once doesn’t mean it has to come with you forever.
Here’s your thinking point for the week:
What’s one part of your business or routine that no longer fits – and what would happen if you released it?
Hit reply if something’s come up while reading – I’m always interested in what’s shifting for you.
