THE BIG ONE
A year long spiritual empowerment programme
to help you #UnleashYourAwesome
EMPOWERING THE SELF – PROGRAMME BEGINS APRIL 2027
This is The Big One – the 13-month immersive, experiential programme blending empowerment with deep, transformational spiritual and personal development teachings based around shamanic teachings and the medicine wheel.
Are you really ready to transform your life?
THIS IS THE PROGRAMME
FOR YOU!
APPLICATIONS OPEN FROM 2026
This is a 13-month shamanic/spiritual empowerment programme with Asha Clearwater and Taz Thornton.
Training begins 2027, Clophill, Bedfordshire
TRANSFORMATIONAL
This 13-month training and development programme includes extreme empowerment activities as well as spiritual teachings based on the shamanic path. It is designed for people wanting to go within, begin to peel away the masks we’ve learned to create and connect with the authentic self.
Beware… if your idea of programmes with a spiritual heart is fluffy pink clouds and bunny rabbits, this is absolutely not the course for you. Expect deep, heart and awareness-opening discussions, a strong emphasis on keeping it real, lots of tools to help us step away from victim mindsets and exercises to encourage us to rediscover and connect with our personal power.
People have described this programme as transformational, deeply healing and life-changing. There’s no magic wand here: in stepping onto this path, you’ll be agreeing to take responsibility over your life for the 13 months of the course and understanding that what you’ll get out directly correlates to what you’re willing to put in.
DITCH THE FLIP CHARTS
Sure, you can just see this as five long weekends with inspirational, like-minded people, and that’s great – but, if you want to seriously look at your life and make some massive, empowering changes, you’ll need to implement the teachings into your life, put in the effort between weekends and make use of the online support community to help yourself – and others – flourish and grow. Weekends are based on a beautiful site in the Bedfordshire countryside, and there will be lots of outdoor work – not a desk or flipchart in sight!
Accommodation is a shared yurt, the heated outdoor showers are a short walk across the meadow, past the hen coops and chainsaw sculptures, there’s no room service and food is bring and share. Think rustic, real and down to earth. Grounded, energised and clean air. Switch your work shoes for walking boots, suits for outdoor gear and Egyptian cotton sheets for a camp bed and sleeping bag.
As you might expect from any experience led by Asha Clearwater and Taz Thornton, spiritual development seamlessly meets empowerment work to bring an extra dimension and deeper understanding to the teachings. You’ll be learning ancient shamanic techniques, including working with energies of the land and connecting with spirit guides, as well as transformational self-healing techniques and personal development.
FIREWALK
You’ll also gain very real opportunities to get close to the elements, including an optional firewalk. Working as a circle, participants will be guided through five weekend workshops (Friday to Sunday), and will be given home working assignments as well as support via email/telephone if needed, and there will also be the option to meet, as a circle, between workshops to journey and drum together.
If you’re looking to embark on a journey towards personal improvement and want to learn in an authentic, friendly atmosphere, with plenty of practical application, this is the course for you.
There is a choice of shared accommodation on-site (yurt), on-site camping or non-residential for those wishing to commute or use a local B&B.

THE BIGGER ONE!
If you’re looking to really go deep, we also have a three-year training programme. Alongside the Spiritual Empowerment programme, this provides additional training in the art of shamanic healing and energy medicine, together with divination and space clearance. This intensive programme will encourage you to look at your own life at a much deeper level, as well as equipping you with a set of tools to use with others upon successful completion of the programme. This programme is open to people who have successfully completed the 13-month circle with us at least once.
