As Asha and I prepared to attend earlier this week, I found myself reflecting on what this awesome event truly represents.
It’s about people coming together to share their message, their passion, their energy – and the ripple effect that creates.
When you start putting yourself out there and showing up fully – not just for yourself, but for the bigger picture – it doesn’t just change your life.
It changes everyone around you.
That’s how momentum works.
You make one decision, one bold move, and suddenly, things begin to shift. People around you start noticing. Your energy starts connecting with theirs. You spark something in others that makes them want to do the same.
And that’s the ripple effect.
That’s how change happens.
It doesn’t take massive waves to make an impact. It just takes one stone dropped in the water – and the ripples spread farther than you can imagine.
If PeakeFest reminded me of anything, it’s that we all have the power to create ripples. So here’s how you can start your own:
Show up consistently.
You don’t need to be everywhere, but where you are, be fully present. Be consistent. Let your energy speak for itself.
Start with one person.
Your ripple doesn’t need to start with a crowd. One person can change everything.
Lead with purpose.
Your message is bigger than you. The impact you have when you show up with clarity and authenticity ripples out and touches lives you might never even know about.
Don’t wait for permission.
Sometimes the first step is just to take action. Show up, speak up, and let the ripples start.
