You’ve felt it, right?

That moment when you’re full of passion and vision, pushing forward with your goals, and then suddenly… doubt creeps in.

Maybe you start second-guessing yourself. Maybe it feels like the new path you’re walking isn’t as clear as it was when you first set out.

Doubt is a sign you’re growing.

I’ve worked with some of the most driven and successful coaches, entrepreneurs, and leaders. The one thing they all have in common? They face doubt.

The difference between those who succeed and those who don’t isn’t whether or not they have doubts – it’s how they move through them.

So, if you’re doubting yourself right now, take a breath and listen closely:

Doubt doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It doesn’t mean you’re not on the right path.

It doesn’t mean your vision isn’t worth fighting for.

It’s simply a sign that you’re stretching.

You’re going beyond where you’ve been before. You’re growing.

Here’s how you keep moving forward:

  1. Reconnect with your vision.

When doubt shows up, it’s easy to lose sight of why you started. Take a moment to revisit the big picture. Remind yourself of your “why.” What is it that you’re working toward? Why does it matter?

  1. Embrace the discomfort.

Growth is uncomfortable. When you start feeling the pull of doubt, it means you’re challenging yourself. Instead of resisting that discomfort, lean into it. That’s where growth happens.

  1. Take imperfect action.

Doubt often stems from a fear of making mistakes or doing something wrong. But you can’t get it perfect, but you can get it moving. Take the next step – even if it’s not the perfect step.

  1. Surround yourself with people who believe in you.

When the doubt starts to cloud your mind, lean on your support network. Find people who will remind you of your strength and encourage you to keep going.

  1. Keep trusting the process.

Doubt doesn’t last forever, but if you keep moving, you’ll look back and realise it was just a phase. Trust the process, trust yourself, and keep pushing forward.

Here’s your thinking point for the week:

What’s been triggering your doubts recently, and what’s one step you can take today to move forward with confidence?

Drop me a message and share what that step looks like for you.
